Athletes have to be in top form to field balls, make home runs and beat the catch. It is fairly easy to enter the sport as kid as it is one of the few sports available for play at a young age.
Track is also a sport by which guys have the ability to compete against themselves and other individuals. There is much more to it than just running around a field.
